WFS Operations Manager
Location: Midland , TX
Job Description
This role will support all operations for Baywater’s Workforce Solutions business by providing a contingent workforce to customers.
Job Duties and Expectations
- Manage customer accounts in their designated territory through face-to-face interaction, develop customer relations for continuous sales, and business development for new customers
- Representation for Business Unit for monthly financial meetings; managing expense spending for BU
- Manage HR functions from the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring payroll is submitted and approved correctly to HR, first point of contact for employees
- Direct the safety culture amongst employees promoting a safe work environment and accountability for employees
- Manage fleet of vehicles ensuring trucks are kept in good working order, outfit new trucks as needed, oversee driver safety
Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior account management in the contingent workforce industry
- Clean driving record
- Able to work independently, self-starter, reliable working independently
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting and communicating with customers
Pay Range and Compensation
- Pay Range depends on experience
