WFS Operations Manager

Location: Midland , TX

Job Description

This role will support all operations for Baywater’s Workforce Solutions business by providing a contingent workforce to customers.

Job Duties and Expectations

  • Manage customer accounts in their designated territory through face-to-face interaction, develop customer relations for continuous sales, and business development for new customers
  • Representation for Business Unit for monthly financial meetings; managing expense spending for BU
  • Manage HR functions from the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring payroll is submitted and approved correctly to HR, first point of contact for employees
  • Direct the safety culture amongst employees promoting a safe work environment and accountability for employees
  • Manage fleet of vehicles ensuring trucks are kept in good working order, outfit new trucks as needed, oversee driver safety

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior account management in the contingent workforce industry
  • Clean driving record
  • Able to work independently, self-starter, reliable working independently
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting and communicating with customers

Pay Range and Compensation
